On the way back from Port Isaac to Reading Louise decided we should take the scenic route around the south coast of Cornwell. It was scenic, but extremely slow going - at one stage we had to back up in the middle of a village to allow a double decker bus to pass on the single land road. Eventually, though, we passed through places like Plymoth and Dartmouth and hit the M5 and M4 motorways for a faster run home.
